In trackingmore, you can customize 5 email templates for 5 tracking statuses: Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Exception and Failed Attempt. But you can customize the name and email address that prefer to use to send to your customers. Click the status to customize different templates. You can write your own subject for different templates.
