ABF Freight 查询

I shipped a pallet from San Antonio to Denver with an understanding it would arrive in four days. it arrived on the 28th!. I talk with San Antonio and Dallas hubs who stated they misplaced it, and they couldn't care less when telling me this. Then it was supposed to go straight to Denver but went to Amarillo and sat again So, you can tell intelligence and caring is not in their nature. Talked with corporate and they told my LTL is not guaranteed so they are in no real need to get it there and would not reduce the cost of the shipment. They actually told me it has been this way for two years!!! Then the weather came in with was a lie as well. ll in all LTL means nothing to them and they're estimated time is a joke unless you pay a guaranteed arrival which is 40\% higher which I did not know about. Absolute SHIT company.

Easy, prompt service. Goods were exactly what I wanted and arrived in very good time.
