من درتاریخ ۲۸/۰۲/۲۰۱۹ چند عدد پست در ارتباط با تسکره غیابی به افغانستان فرستادم که باید به دست مامورآقاویازلمی ملکی برسد ولی مامور آقاچند باری به پسته خانه ۱۸منزله در شهر کابل رفت وکارمندان اداره پست گفتن که پست شما هنوز به دست ما نرسیده ولی کشور بلژیک میگوید پست شما سفارشی بود وما به افغانستان پست کرده ایم وخاهشی که از شما دارم رسیدیگی بشه به کار ما باتشکر طالب جان خالقی از کشور بلژیک
