smpai kat hub 17/12 smpai skrang barang tak smpai2, esok dah masuk 28/12. dah nak masuk 2+ minggu. bila tngok review lain risau pula parcel hilang.

In my entire experience with buying online, this is the first time I lost my parcel. In shopee it says already delivered by this courier but yet the item is not there physically. And there is no even a picture of proof saying that they delivered the item like how J&T usually do and inform me. Truly nothing from this courier. Really disappointed

Place order on 12.12 lazada for the phone cost around 1800, seller told me courier is BEST express after i asked which courier has been assigned to deliver my phone, then I go cancel my order directly and get my refund lol, too bad experience with this company last time, lost my parcel for my item tabao, and please lazada dun assign best express for your courier service please please please

I want to share my terrible experience with this courier service 3 months ago. Seller ship out my item on 08/09/2021. And I only received my parcel on 27/09/2021. I'm from Sarawak btw and normally other courier service shipping to Sarawak require only 7-10 days. But this courier took way too much necessary time. Ridiculous.

Near by also unable send over. 4/11 arrive and until today 13/11 also not yet received... Terrible

Very frustrating. Worst delivery service ever. Already patch urgent sticker but still take long time to deliver. Call best express rider to send it soonest but he ask for delivery charge! Omg! I asked y need another charged, he said because its friday… bodo piang!!!

Best Express ni kurier baru, baru setahun jagung. kita tkleh nk expect dia laju macam j&t . j&t dah lama bertapak di malaysia. 6 tahun dah. tu pun ttp ada problem. i sbg r management di j&t utk 1st batch pernah rasa tomahan setiap cust but every year we keep improving. nk improve makan masa yg lama untuk jadi laju sampai lah sekarang. for me best express ni kira okay laa walaupun baru setahun ttp boleh bt penghntrn 1-3 hari shja. yg lmbt tu mmg biasa sb ad stgh tempat belom lagi establish kurier ni jd makan masa skit.j&t sdri pun walaupun dah 6 tahun tetap ad jgk lmbt. we dont know what the problem they face so jgn cpt mengamuk. nk caci nk maki biar berakal dn fikir sejenak apa yg jd. jgn fikir ikut emosi nk marah je. maii duduk di tmpt kami dulu baru lah boleh sembang mcm mna rasa dia. semua yg komen ni mmg tahu nk komen nk maki je sb yelah maki marah ni kan free. ibarat kau nk start meniaga nasi laa ada ke tetiba kau bukak terus restoren? mesti start dari bawah dulu baru slow slow naik. kalau bukan orang kita nk support sapa lagi nk support. fikir...

Item from Taobao china arrive KL hub 14days ago. Called they say can’t find my parcel and no update even they reported my case.

Like others my parcel was stuck at one place and didn't move for 2 days. However after I contacted , my parcel is out for delivery. Kindly contact if you all encountered some prb ya.
