never delivered package, never responded, no real contact info or address.

Tracking is non existent . Label created , arrived facility , departed Facility ,Due yesterday , ordered over a month ago from ebay .Have tried to contact but if I get anyone it's need more information.. What do they need besides the tracking number ? ? Why are they hiding locations on tracking ? Absolutely the worst company for shipping in the history of the world. But hey , when you're bottom of the barrel there's always room for improvement to reach the top of the barrel . Unless of course you are crawling out from under it . Flip the barrel over and there you will find the Bluecare express facility . Never will I use them again . Nor will I order from anyone who uses them.

I bought an item on E-bay and the seller shipped my item through this company. I never received anything at all, just a message saying that my item was delivered “to a resident” but they didn't tell me the name of the person my item was supposedly delivered to. How is it possible that they deliver shipments to people who do not know if they are going to deliver them or not? Just terrible service, or just this company is committing fraud.

These fucking idiots shipped my package to the wrong address. Apparently this company is a scam that I have rightfully never heard off until now. It also turns out that a bunchy of other people are having this problem and marking their responses with five stars to keep them from getting auto deleted. Fuck you Bluecare Express.

Tracking states item delivered on a Sunday afternoon when I was home. It was not delivered.

FRAUD and FAKE tracking info, I have 3 different tracking times now no card left no contact at all I will be taking this higher up your deliverer is a THIEF and my item was not delivered to my address especially not at 5.09am in the morning whilst I was in the property and nobody knocked I am going to trading standards! Why must I suffer the loss at the hands of a selfish horrible human being!

My package was never delivered but on my tracking it says it was but I didn’t see any package on my porch or around my front door what so ever this is not right I placed a refund for the company I purchased from hopefully I receive it I’m not happy at all.

Initially quoted the next day, but quickly arrived the day after that.

Got several items shipped with Bluecare and all of them got delivered on time

Not sure why others have bad reviews but mine turned out GREAT. Expected my purchase to be delivered by Nov 23, 2020 and it arrived in Michigan from Orlando today/11/16/2020. Great Job Bluecare Express.
