My item was delivered on the day it was meant to, by a friendly man. I was kept up to date (by text) on its progress throughout the week, which was very helpful.

I was not at home while deliver sent item to me, later,he put item to my neighbor\'s house and left a notification card for this issue, so sweet.

Collect did a very good job again in shipping my goods. Fast delivery.
