Avoid this nightmare at all costs!!! They lost a parcel with my passport inside and the custom care is the most ridiculous on earth. They would transfer you countless times and hang up on you. I am calling for 3-4 hours every day and they keep transferring me over and over. It's an endless cycle. Run away as fast as you can. Any other shipping company will be a better choice. Even a pigeon.

WHAT A JOKE! Still no delivery, no notification and no proper instructions from a never ending sh!t company!

They don’t do what they say. Had issues with ALL my orders. They say they’ve delivered when in fact they didn’t. And never, ever deliver in time. Had several orders that never reached destination.

o not use CTT-please make formal complaints to both Portugal and The EU about these thieves - it has to change! Do not use CTT. They are thieves and deliberately making it impossible to collect your own post. They double tax the same items, and then still don’t deliver! I am making a formal complaint about CTT. It is a private company. Please all do the same thing! This is not a dictatorship we life in - we deserve to be able to pay correct customs charges and receive our post! *parcel 1. After paying taxes I did not owe on one parcel as it was under €150 . It’s been 1 month - I have still not received the parcel. However, (and this is the part that’s the real kicker) I just received an email from them demanding to know the exact name and address of the person this parcel was supposed to be delivered to!!! How about the person and address on the front of the package! That’s kind of post works! Parcel 2. & 3. & 4. Received a letter from CTT stating I had 10 days to give details of the parcel (which was a gift so I didn’t have any details) . Again, with the kicker- I received this letter after the 10 days had already expired! The senders have still not received back the Birthday gifts they tried to send me.

They arrived super early and in great conditions. Will certainly use again
