Do not wish to help. Poorly run and no idea about . Waste of time.
Very bad service. They skip delivery at any chance (for not significant reasons) sending a message that they attempted delivery but did not find anybody there (not true) and you need to call them to rearrange delivery. This has happened to me multiple times. The worst courier company.
I have had 2 deliveries by Elta from EU stores, both times everything was just fine. I picked up from their site.
The service it is ok for me.
