I received the tracking number and the first mention on this site is Feb 1st and it has not moved past Feb 2nd in almost a week since I started checking (it is Feb 13th). tracking id :- RG966202705BE where is my parcel , form one month i saw only the same status in tracking site , what is the reason behind this and what is the solution ???? for i get the parcel fast .
