They don’t have communication with delivery the guys are not calling you before they come.. one evening you are getting call at 9pm “I came where are u?” This is horrible service hot line is not helping at all.. I raised ticket and complain about tracking and the lady told me they will deliver at Tuesday before 5 pm but I’m getting a sms from their side it’s on the deliver at Sunday I literally plan my 2 weeks accordingly their scheduling system but since 2 weeks I didint get my order.. whenever I’m calling they are blaming delivery service they are not able to give u any number to check or they are not able to do anything about it literally.. I just spoke one of the lady again she was keep telling me “what you want?????” I literally explain all story to her and she just told me “okey dear I will tell them” I asked what you will tell them and she said something what I never talk about they don’t even listen what’s your problem and getting angry on you.. she said “we raised ticket but they didint apply” Is it my problem guys seriously??! I never seen that bad communication hopefully I will never ever use this company in my entire life! I’m just giving 5 star than you can see it!

Worst postal service in the world. Can not understand how Qatar has such a terrible post service. It is useless, very very slow, and beyond inefficient.
