Why is Toll taking money for express delivery and then failing to meet any reasonable timeline. I have been tracking my package and it is just sitting in Launceston for over 24 hours. I rang them yesterday and asked why it is not moving, the operator tried to fob me off with an apology. I didn’t accept and asked to speak to a supervisor. He assured me that it would be sent to Hobart that afternoon. This morning it is still in Launceston. What a joke this company is. It’s about time business start to review their dependence on such an unreliable non caring company.
It appears, Toll only likes to hear "feel good" but not the truth
So pleased to finally have a company that provides a first class service, I ordered an item from Adelaide which was picked up by Toll on Friday 12th and delivered to me today Monday 15th by a very friendly driver, very happy, keep up the great service guys it is very much appreciated.
