The information that I have refused to pay expenses is wrong.

UPS information is false:
Due to a price discrepancy, the receiver has refused to pay the charges. / The package will be returned to the sender.,ES
I recall when UPS was reliable. No more! They typically send packages to the WRONG distribution center, then to the CORRECT one, then back to the WRONG one again, and then back to the CORRECT one before I finally get my package about a week late. Does this make sense?
It took way too long to get the parcel on a plane then tracking gave no indication of who the parcel had been handed off to in Australia and the provided tracking number was rejected by Auspost as invalid even though they had and delivered it. 15 days is ridiculous, most international parcels arrive in half that time.
The urgent package was sent from Europe on November 14, 2019, it reached Moscow on November 18 and then the next 4 days UPS played ping-pong with the documentation, contract, invoices... The package was also damaged!!!
This package has been floating around for over three weeks. You need to get your customer service people from this country and not places where they obviously do NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. Send it back to the frickin' sender. Not rocket science. I never got the notices I asked for.

I've ordered this two weeks ago from Creality. Sadly, no one told me anything. Finally, I check on the 17th what is going on - and creality gave me the wrong tracking code. So what did UPS did wrong? They said on the 15th that could not get access to the area - open space. Just a normal house. Anyone can knock but they cannot. But then! The next day they try again - magically have access this time - it's 15.30 so no luck. However - they decided not to leave a card or anything (were they actually there?). And it did not work this time so the same evening they shipped it back to brussels, overnight.
I don't know if this is for Homedepot or UPS, but something's gotta give. HD said this was a 2 day delivery, UPS states cannot track my item? 2 day 04/15 should've been here 04/17 as I was told. 04/19/2019 1:30pm and no one knows where my sink is. Not Homedepot, not UPS. What am I to do? Get mad? at who? Workers. All employees, everywhere are not as dependable as they used to be. They don't care! They want a job, get paid, go home. They don't want to work, they want a job. I hope to get my item soon. I cannot stress out about it, no one would care!
