Today I am expecting a signature-required delivery, which showed "expected to be delivered by 12pm" when I checked this morning. So I cancelled my plans and stayed at home for the whole morning, but the delivery never came. Then I called s twice and got lied to multiple times, specifically: 1. The associate helping me around noon 09/11 told me she called local dispatch, asked for my phone number, and told me someone would reach out in 1 hr. Nobody did. 2. The associate helping around 4pm told me the same thing. I asked to be redirected to a supervisor. 3. The "supervisor" agreed to file a complaint for me, and said she would CC me on the email. After some typing noises, she said the email would be delivered to me in 15 mins and tried to hang up, but I insisted to be redirected to her supervisor. 4. Her "supervisor" told me the internal emails cannot be forwarded to external emails at all. Then she left me on hold for another 15 mins and came back with no useful information nor actions for me to track my package, at which time I hung up. The 2nd call took a total of 1 hour 7 minutes including hold time. By the time I am writing this (09:08pm), the package was not delivered, and when I check back on the website, the update says "to be delivered on Monday".

NEVER EVER DO ANYTHING WITH UPS. - Whether you're shipping or receiving, MAKE SURE UPS DO NOT GET INVOLVED. The shipment literally travelled to more countries in a week than I have in my entire life. Had one issue with custom. Made thousands of calls, sent the same information in emails to god-knows how many staff, still unable to resolve. Staff from Customer services are EXTREMELY difficult to understand and clearly themselves do not quite have a good understanding of their job duties. And here goes what happened when trying to communicate with them in 6 DAYS IN A ROLE: - One morning I received a phone call from them saying they need further info from my side, - Done that, - Wait for an entire day of no response, - Called them many many times, not helpful at all, - the next day - REPEAT One fascinating thing is EVERY staff were able to provide the EXACT SAME USELESS RESPONSES where NONE of them can provide accurate updates to my shipment. I'm still waiting for my shipment.

We used UPS service to transport 10 parcels. Dimensions and weight were measured as accurate as we possibly could (with measuring tape and weighing scale). UPS came to collect on agreed day. However, when the first attempted delivery failed as the receiving party was not available, they sent the 10 parcels back straightaway with no attempts to re-deliver. Furthermore, we just got an invoice (after the 10 parcels were sent back to us all 10 with obvious damage from transit), for a charge of £150 for the boxes as apparently the 'volumetric computerised' weight is more than we measured. This is impossible as also confirmed with the merchandise of the parcels. UPS is a dishonest, unreliable and unscrupulous business. No wonder it has 90% bad reviews (we wished we had checked the reviews before engaging their service). Please do not make the same mistake as us. Edit Delete Share

I wish I could rate it with no stars. UPS came earlier that expected, did not knock hard enough for me to hear them although I have the door fixed so they could see that I was home. They would let me pick it up after the trucks come in due to the sender's instructions. Don't have this problem with Amazon. Will avoid companies that use UPS from now on.

please no one use it. it is horrible company. they damaged 7 items delivered in 3 weeks instead of 5 days. they avoid to make any process of claim or compensation.

They shoot be close down, horrible services, deliver my parcel after 2 months and in the package was baby stuff, clothes, shoes all present for a friend! Lost louds of money as nothing was fitting anymore as hi growth up in too months and they changed my friends with 40€ after all this!!! Just Horrible, totaly disgust

If you are ordering something for delivery and it says delivery by ups DON'T DO IT. Find another merchant that uses FedEx or DHL because they will reroute your package and lie and say you requested or mark it undeliverable I live on the 600 block of 59th street and I literally watch the delivery status all day even sit on my porch and all of a sudden I get an update saying I have to go to a facility and pick up the package. They even send alerts that says ready for pick up and it's not even there. It's still on the truck that was supposed to deliver it. And the people at the facility on Oregon Ave are so rude and disrespectful

Retailer said it was shipped. I checked with UPS they said it had not been received Then 2 days Later UPS said they received it. I would beleive UPS before anyone else, They know there business. I have had zero problems for years, plus they are faster than the rest. Go UPS!
