Today I am expecting a signature-required delivery, which showed "expected to be delivered by 12pm" when I checked this morning. So I cancelled my plans and stayed at home for the whole morning, but the delivery never came. Then I called s twice and got lied to multiple times, specifically: 1. The associate helping me around noon 09/11 told me she called local dispatch, asked for my phone number, and told me someone would reach out in 1 hr. Nobody did. 2. The associate helping around 4pm told me the same thing. I asked to be redirected to a supervisor. 3. The "supervisor" agreed to file a complaint for me, and said she would CC me on the email. After some typing noises, she said the email would be delivered to me in 15 mins and tried to hang up, but I insisted to be redirected to her supervisor. 4. Her "supervisor" told me the internal emails cannot be forwarded to external emails at all. Then she left me on hold for another 15 mins and came back with no useful information nor actions for me to track my package, at which time I hung up. The 2nd call took a total of 1 hour 7 minutes including hold time. By the time I am writing this (09:08pm), the package was not delivered, and when I check back on the website, the update says "to be delivered on Monday".
