Tracking information fine. OK parcel took over a month but it was coming from China. Product is excellent.

Delighted with the delivery of the trainers which I recieved today via Royal Mail. Was worried they wouldn’t arrive after reading some of the reviews and abit of confusion with the amount of emails I received but I wasn’t disappointed. They took 17 days to arrive so alittle longer than suggested but are true to size and are perfect for my daughter who has cerebral palsy. They really are a lovely pair of trainers

Received oversized wind proof jacket today. Absolute rubbish not worth 50p nothing like photo. No return address to return it company don’t want to know

I ordered a ceramic hair curler on June 23rd and have been trying to track it along the way ,it came on Saturday it’s the wrong product and it’s a straightener ,the box was very battered and looks like it’s been used ....it also doesn’t work ,I have contacted feedback 24 hservice and they said I’d received the correct order so they won’t send me a refund .ive sent a photo of the item I’ve received showing what it is and now waiting for a answer back...I doubt very much that I will get me £35 back ...I’ve emailed my paypal aswell but I’m not sure if they can help even tho I payed by PayPal ...which I thought was very safe and secure way to pay .....has anyone been able to claim a refund ?

Ordered some trainers on 19th july and received them today. Kept informed every step of the way . Very happy with my purchase . Having read the reviews i will not be ordering from a fb site again as too many people are not receiving their parcels. So thankyou for delivering mine

Only gave them 4 stars so they would keep the review, not even worth 1 star. Do not order from this company they are ripoff merchants, ordered a pair of Leather sandals for £13.99 received a pair of cheap plastic ones the wrong size worth about 50p and I had to wait 47 days for them. As far as the shipping information is concerned they are still in transit. WHAT A JOKE. I have raised this with Paypal, just waiting for an answer.

After waiting 2 months for a Barbecue rack ordered through Crescent Shaped on Facebook (no longer trading) I have instead received a cheap thermometer .not happy with Facebook for allowing these fraudulent companies to advertise on their site and never again will I buy from China .

What a load of shit I ordered a Barbecue rack as advertised and received a crap little thermometer .never again will I order anything from China .now to get on to PayPal .
