This is easily one of the worst courier companies I've come across... There's literally no way to contact them... No way... I've been trying for days.... I don't know why brands have tie-up with this company and disappoint their customers.
Very bad.... Didn't update the package tracking for 4 days now and no matter how many times I contact them through mail, call or queries... They don't respond.
I hae ordered a product in meesho on 7th april and they sent the product by expressbees couriers it reached in my town on 13th. Actual Delivery date was on 14th.. On 14th they updated in meesho that it will deliver on 17th then changed to 19,later it became 20, after that it became 22 then 23 today it shows 24th. A very bad service from the courier company Patience has a limit.. Its a prepaid order. What to do with them
I don't know how they are running there business They should not get any customers They should closed their courier service for good Even local courier is better. Use delhivery, blue dart, Ecom xpress then xpress bees
for 3 time my order get cancelled as I want delivery later. Isnt it Shamefull? Delivery guy havnt call and delay order for the 3rd time itself and then cancelled it. After Complaining to executive, She gives excuses. very bad experience with the service.

I have order 4 times and they cancelled it , neither do they call and then return the supplier. I have got the worst service till now.
I have ordered shirt from myntra. I have placed request for item return. They accepted it. I got msg from this agency that the item will be picked up. They did not and just made a remark that unable to find location. With great difficulty i could get team on phone. They said that surely it will be done in a day. Instead of picking up the order, they cancelled the pickup. When i called them, i got an advice to raise the request to return the product thru myntra. So, again the same story repeats. They dont attend phone calls, they dont respond to email. Worst service...

I got replacement of earphones which I bought in Amazon after that it stopped working so I claimed for replacement and they did through xpressbees but the problem is they didn't even contacted me but they updated that customer is not available in shipment tracking while I searched with AWD number since two days there is no update it might got return back
My product was too bad ,I want to return it
