I've used 4px twice and I've had no problems. Yes it takes time, it's international shipping. Both times I was ordering from China, and the companies told me how long the shipping times would be. The first time, they told me 30 days, and it was. The second time, I was told 10-15 days and it took 14 days. Both times I got my tracking number and I got updates as to where my package was. So my two experiences with international shipping using 4px were fine.
