Horrible

It was my first time I ordered something from online. Didn't know it'll directly come to my island. And when in 17TRACK it showed the item is in Maldives. I called my island post. They told they don't have my item. It may be in atoll's capital island. I called there. A rude woman shouted at me for no reason. just cos I asked is there any post in my name? Never expected that kinda staffs will be in there. And later she told there's a big box something. And I waited for 2 weeks . Ferry came and left. So many dhoanis came and left. But nothing came. It took 2 weeks to send my items from Atoll's capital island to my island. :/ I don't know what they were doing with that? And I lost my one item. :/ And tried to call Main post . Ugh. Never answerd. And I'm always having prob using Post's web. You guys need to teach your staffs how to be kind with customers. And to ship the items sooner. And not to steal customers items
