No parcel arrived and they still insists it's been delivered. No trace of the package can be found and no collection slip either. Contacted them twice and they've given me nothing except to look around the house in my shoe cabinet etc... It's a bloody rice cooker!! There's nowhere it could be without me seeing it. This is not even the first time they've stuffed up an order.... And speedpost was actually good before.
