It took 12 days to see a movement in the tracking status- I ordered something from GB for delivery to Austria. After those 12 days I learned that my shipment is still in GB. This is also already a few days ago, since then the tracking status is frozen once again. Honestly, I would give 5 stars if they deliver on foot (or at least 3 stars if they do it with horses), but I guess they don't. I had no choice to choose how my parcel will be shipped, I just know that if I see in a future purchase that it will be shipped via Pitney Bowes, I will not buy it. Maybe I will get my parcel somewhen- the estimated delivery date has already expired.
