Worst shipping company ever..walang nasagot sa calls..Dec13 Ang release ng passport ko ano ng date Ngayon na tracked ko paranaque tapos Batangas paranaglque ulit..grabe Ang serbisyo nyo mga BUDOL kayo

service is not good. Pinili ko tong courier para madeliver yung passport ko into my address and sigurado akong nilagay ko ang details ko para madeliver pero walang nagsend ng notif or message man lang ng tracking information o kung me malabo sa address and now binalik passport ko sa dfa. The reason why i booked a delivery para di nako lumuwas and binalik din nila to. binayaran ko to and yet wala man lang naginform sakin about sa delivery.

Sana tamaan ng covid-19 ang mga irresponsibleng mga nangangasiwa ng pagpapatakbo ng business na maraming pinupwerhesyo lalu na ang mga ofw at seafarer na umaasa na mabilisan makuha ang passport at mahalagang documents.

I renewed my passport 2nd of august and it supposed to be deliver the 12th of august! But till now still waiting then when i track it still in transit not moving! I been emailing to the their email its just send back to me and no one responsed. I pay for my passport extra so it will deliver faster but still have ti wait longer, then i pay courier so it will just deliver so i dont need to get stress going to manila and go to dfa! Ill get more stress now as i dont know when it can be deliver or its moving or what!? As i can see its just stocked in transit! Please I need my passport now hope u will assist me with this one!

Though I waited for 3 days to receive the documents Air 21 easily finds my location. He is lucky enough locate our place after he asked someone in the neighborhood about my exact location.

Would have been nice to have a smaller window for delivery but as they came late morning it wasn't too bad! Definitely use again :)
