Tracking number shows order was delivered but merchandise not delivered. Tracking is very unreliable and no way to way to contact Amazon Logistics about this. Only recourse is to notify merchant and dispute credit card charge. Total waste of time

I had 3 packages shipped from a 3rd party website with Amazon Logistics. Amazon lost all 3, and claims they have no responsibility because it was not purchased on Amazon. TBA tracking code, confirmed delivered on an Amazon truck by Amazon Logistics, but company policy is to hang up on customers trying to locate packages.
The Amazon logistics that uses the tracking number starting with TBC they are absolutely horrible they haveost multiple packages of mine and delivered multiple packages completely damaged to the point where its nothing but garbage and worth nothing. Im a collector and have had to buy a few things on Amazon because I can't find what I'm looking for anywhere else and if you are a collector font buy from Amazon Canada or Amazon in general because your items will arrive completely destroyed and will have no collector value anymore the packaging will be broken and the items inside will be broken. Ive called Amazon and complained about this multiple times and they have either re sent me a new one but then the same thing happens it arrives smashed up and worth nothing. Amazon has also given me refunds and said not to worry about sending the broken items back but seriously what good is the broken item to me i I just end up tossing it in the garbage because it is worth nothing as a collector item anymore. Bottom line is if you are a collector and want to buy off Amazon don't because you will very likely receive a very badly damaged item and Amazon really doesn't do anything to fix the problem they will just send you another one and the same thing will happen again. In my opinion Amazon should allow people to make a choice of what type of packaging things we buy are shipped to us in because if this was put in a small box rather than a bubble envelope this wouldn't keep happening. Amazon did also tell me they would put a note on my account so that items would be put in a box from now on but this never happened i gave Amazon one more try because they said this but it arrived in a bubble envelope again and looked lik it had been walked on or even jumped on. In my opinion this Courier Service Amazon is using is the problem because when they were using intelcom Express I had no problems like I said all everything I ordered arrived safe and undamaged but in the last two months intelcom Express seems to have fallen off the map terms of Amazon deliveries because I haven't received anything delivered by them in 2 months now and it's just been this other service which is nothing but a joke.
