I lost my phone, I don’t how to change my numbers on buffalo logistics, cause they won’t find me when they deliver.

I paid my tax but with the wrong reference and have tried everything for the past two and a half weeks to contact them about it but got nothing. Now I'm getting an email that my package will be destroyed. It's just so frustrating

All I can say is that this buffalo log is a scam how on earth is it possible not to contact any and secondly to the incompetent agents Kaylin, Future, Angela and the list goes on may u lose ur jobs

I need to know how long you have to wait until we get our order after paying tax? Cause' after I paid , my tracking information has not been updated yet.

Ordered on the 2nd of January haven't yet received my order.Tracked it and showed that it's a lost parcel.When I try contacting you I'm being promised that I'll get help but still got none.I needed my order three days ago but just had to buy at nearby stores meanwhile I paid every fee you wanted

I have been waiting on my parcel since last week. Whenever I call them, I am told the driver is out with my parcel. I contacted them this morning and was informed that my parcel was handled by a wrong driver in the past week. As of this morning it was assigned to another driver who will be delivering it to me before 17h30. Nothing is heard from their driver. Buffalo Logistics' service is pathetic. Such a bad .

I’ve paid for my parcel but used the wrong reference so I’ve trying to contact them for days now and still no luck. They are super unprofessional

I paid my duty & VAT on 14 January 2022. Because o have Buffalo logistics as a beneficiary i used the incorrect reference number. I got multiple calls thereafter to say that I must pay the VAT I have emailed the Nightingale lady to explain that I paid already and sent them proof of payment, got no response for days. I ended up having to pay again. I've been trying to get a hold of them since yet nothing. No response to emails and when you call either the call gets cut immediately or a machine saying that you number 40 in the que answers- by then you so desperate for answers that you decide to wait your turn in the que. You end up being on the line for 10-15 minutes straight and the minute you get to the front of the que. your call gets drop!! that's how pathetic their service is. I guess I can't count on getting my money back.

I've been waiting for my order for over a month now via Buffalo. Service is pathetic
