What the hell I going on?? My order has been saying "Flight delayed expected to arrive in South Aftica 20210907 16:15:00" and it hasn't. When I call its the automated response then the call ends. The WhatsApp number they have provided is said to not exist and doesn't go through on WhatsApp. So mad and disappointed at Shein at this point. Buffalo is one shady shxt!! I don't know why they switched me from Aramex to Buffalo.

I also am awaiting my parcel from buffalo , was in delay for so long now it says at SA warehouse . Tried emailing them but they did not respond and they say WhatsApp you can contact them but that's useless . I love having my stuff from shein being delivered by Aramex no delays whatsoever .

To anyone reading this ,I present to you a company that "loses " your parcels ,and doesn't even inform you. They don't respond to their emails ,whatsapp texts and don't even bother phoning, you will be waiting on the line forever! The shocking thing is how are they even still running when there's SO many complaints ? I don't understand. What can be done about this company?I'd love to continue ordering but this courier company is DISGUSTING.

I was informed by Shein that Buffalo has lost my parcel!! Buffalo didn't even have the decency to tell me themselves. I feel like they should pay me back for my custom tax ,etc cause this is so unfair.

First of all, am super mad, why do you even exist I swear if Chinese companies uses DHL as their delivery logistic we will truly appreciate it. The fact that they don't have the balls to call you and let you know what's going on with your order says a lot about them. Aramex and Buffalo, boy

If I could give a zero I would. My parcel was despatched from Shein on 7th April and has since apparently been "destroyed" thanks to Buffalo's inefficiency and lackadaisical attitude to communication and the truth. This is malicious damage to property, and fraud. They eventually promised me a tax refund on August 24th, but nothing has happened since then. Attempts to contact Karrie.Anne Shires are no-go - she has changed her email address, and anyway all I get are auto-generated responses telling me a ticket has been created. And don't keep asking them stuff or it will cause further delays. I wrote to Shein requesting a refund but did not have the courtesy of a reply. Am considering legal action - someone who "works" there is undoubtedly walking around wearing my clothing - and that, is theft. PLEASE DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE AND WARN ALL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO BUY FROM THEM EITHER.

I got an email from buffaloex saying that i should pay R28000 to get my parcel...thats unbelievable..my parcel didnt even cost that much...now i have to pay that in a month or they will through out my parcel WTF!!!! Worst services ever!!!
