My package FB100877060CN went weeks without any update. Then when it finally got an update, it stopped. Last updated information was 10/12. It is now 10/18. The ETA has been increasing which is now at 7 days. China is right there and I am in TW. When will this package arrive?

My package SYRM118398711 says it was delivered over a month ago but has never arrived.

So sounds like a very similar pattern forming here, I ordered my product on September 21st and tracking also stated arrived on 4th October which was a public holiday and I was definitely home! No package has been delivered and no reply to emails tracking #syrm118795081 would love to hear from someone regarding my package or purchase.
