DHL sent me an email written that I was not at home during delivery when I was literally standing next to my front door at that time. DHL also told me to go to the de Buren locker to pick-up but did not provide me with any code or anything to open the locker. What a waste of time and money. Not recommended.
One is lost, the other one "not able to find the address" (when it is the same that google maps provides) and the other is delayed.
Extremely surprised that such a low quality company could still survive
