I order dpd to pick up a package that contained 2 big boxes (2x go kart) and only 1 box arrived at the receiver and they can't find the second box, having no ideea what happened with it after 1 week. I strongly do not recommend this company to send anything high value. The reason i chose this company was because of the lower price cost having to send something big and heavy and now because i was stupid I lost even more that i was thinking i'm going to save. Thank you DPD for the great experience you gave me as a customer !

Au livrat un colet la 300km distanta in exact 19h de cand am chemat curierul sa ridice coletul.
Daca nu te gaseste acasa si nu raspunzi la telefon din prima, mai greu sa vina si a doua oara. Daca nu suni la ei iti uita coletul prin depozit
