U DTDC peoples if can't provide a better parcel service for the people's then why the hell keep running the company. Instead do some other activities inside ur company itself and change the name as uncle s*****

No response from them urgent parcels r also not delivered on time

I have ordered a device from surat it was booked on 04-08-2021 and I was waiting for it my tracking says that it's in bilaspur apex I contact mr.manoj ID NO C19833 and explained my urgency then he promised me that once the parcel recived I'll connect it back to back vehicle in a same way with in 18hrs I got my parcel from bilaspur.... Really he's so perfect and focus on his duty I wish him a great and bright feature hats off Manoj sir..

Very cheap of the worst behavior of staff.

My parcel which has come to mumbai D79361983 where no attempts were made for delivery the status shows house locked when I'm homebound due to illness.This courier service is a scam .I had a very bad experience last month when a courier parcel in which I was charged nearly 4000 n rupees took a month to reach.they are cheats liars and fraud never ever choose DTDC

Worst Experience. The people here are just don't do their work properly, they returned my product without my consent. just bcoz my area is out of their delivery. their response is rude. people plz don't trust this coureir service. I faced problem from Tenkasi DTDC courier service. I am surprised now. here many rating for this service is negative. i wish I know this earlier. WORST WORST... i wish more people know about this.

Worst courier service that I have ever seen, They will not do any door to door service, they will always asks to come and collect from their . Too much of attitude.
