They even not entertaind you on call to know about our package delivery. Take min 10 days for delivery. Online tracking not giving exact status and update about delivery. I would suggest dont go for DTDC.

I had sent my parcel to be delivered from Chennai to Coimbatore and it took 7 days and returned to Chennai itself saying address not found. Raised a complaint on the 2nd day itself after seeing their update as address not found. raised ticket 2 times spoke to almost 10 executives and senior person but all efforts were waste. They didnt answer and the phone numbers of all the branches dont work and does not exist. My client started shouting at me. Very very very worst.. I am not finding any words to review them. This is the 3rd time i am facing this issue. Please dont use their service. No response to their customers. USELESS COURIER SERVICE. SO MUCH OF MENTAL PRESSURE I HAD BCOS OF THESE PEOPLE AND MY CLIENT STOPPED BUYING FROM US.

I had sent my shipment from Bangalore to Chennai 20 days back, Concerned person not received yet, and in tracking it's showing the status as your shipment has been delivered. Raised a complaint in service they are ignoring like anything and no response regarding my issue. I strongly recommend Don't choose DTDC.

DTDC is the worst courier not only courier company also the branches, delivery person... every one is nonsense/rude/Lazy....ignore this company and have the best one multiple option available in market...

DTDC is the worst courier service in India. I recommended don't go for DTDC. I have faced lot of issues with DTDC support team and my courier also not delivered to the destination address.

Worst service got from DTDC Kottarakara Kollam Kerala. Will never give home delivery. Has to collect it from . If reasons are asked, the staff will shower abusive language.
