It's not door step delivery, we need to go and collect it from 1 or 2 Kms away when they call. They won't even consider our situation. It would be helpful if the deliver at the door step. Thanks

Please don't courier through DTDC company. It's very bad service. the don't pick up the call, its been 11days still we did get parcel to address. i was ready to send a person to pickup my parcel, they are not give correct DTDC address or phno, how to fine my parcel.
Please don't courier through DTDC company. It's very bad courier service. Worst service.Its been one month now they didn't deliver the parcel to address and didn't returned it back either. They do not respond to complaints. I lost my package. So guys I request you all please do not take service for courier from DTDC it's very careless company.

Worst service. Not responding. Idiots my parcel went to vijaywada on 04-11-2021. Today date is 08-11-2021. Till now they didn't deliver the parcel to address. Finally our person went to and take my parcel. Money waste
