to all E-commerce seller, stop using GDex pls. It caused so much trouble, request refund or cancel order cannot, seller said already shipped and then is not their problem anymore. Kick the ball to courier, and status not updated at all. Stuck in the same status for weeks! Come on man, wake up and do your job. If really delay because of pandemic, we buyer just need an update, email or msg.

Bad service. Still waiting for my parcel. Seller drop parcel since 12 Aug yet my parcel still there. Hoping next time seller choose another courier.

The shipment process is pretty fast! It was the 3rd time I used GDex to ship parcels from Singapore to Malaysia (Johor & Selangor). The delivery guy collected the parcel from the sender and the receiver can receive it on the next day!

I love that i’ll always receive my parcel fast. But I’m really not satisfied with the service. My home is flat house which is on second floor, so everytime my parcel arrived, the delivery man always ask me to go down take the parcel. Their reason is because they cannot leave the lorry because lorry cannot lock? Is that logic?! Sometimes my old parents need to go down to take the parcel because I’m not home. I’m working. So poor my parents since they sometimes have joint pain to go up and down. This happen to me or my parents few times already. So I really really hope your staff can deliver in front of house. Please don’t give stupid reason. I pay higher for to use your services so please do your job properly. Don’t “makan gaji buta” by just doing it half way. Thank you.
