I sent a box to Norway from Germany 2 weeks ago. I must send email to for asking and today get the answer that my parcel on the way back can not send to the receiver. So in 2 weeks Hermes did not do anything with my parcel . No send to destination . No send back to sender . This is really very bad job from Hermes .
