My folks left a letter via kenya posta small packets international by air and they said it should take 2 weeks, today is day 10 and no activity expect received by City Square. When I asked online what's happening, they say it is being prepared for dispatch. What kind of preparation do they do? My envelope is simple, so what is happening over there? How long does it take before a letter is dispatched? Are there no flights leaving Kenya or what.. Am so frustrated with the delay...

I have been waiting for my parcel which was posted and was prpmised to take atmost 5days which has goes with a maximum price ofcos...i have been checking daily and to date no updates except acknowledging that the parcel recieved from Nakuru dispatched and recieved by the customs...so slow and disappointing....just think twice before your head into it.
