From pagadian city dapat i forward to cotabato city. But how come sa bukidnon na nakaabot ang parcel ko? Hay naku katangahan is real! Nagbabayad po kami ng tama, dapat maayos din ang service na ibigay ninyo!!! At wag paasa, kapag sinabing ganitong date darating, dapat kapag puntahan para i claim e totoong nakarating na, ang hirap kasi ang tagal mong pumila tapos pangtawag ng name mo sabihin lang sau na hindi pa nakarating!!!
5 days npong hinihintay ung parcel ko but still wala parin until now , sabe kahapon within this day nandito na I'll waited so long napo and when i track again nakaindicate sa message is there is no people at home .. but naghintay ako nun . And then now I'm still waiting . Still wala parin
The day is ending but I haven't received my package yet. It's stated that it would arrive WITHIN THE DAY. I've been waiting all day as it is a very important box that affects my business operation. Please improve delivery services. Thank you.
Hindi pa na recieve kuno sa office ng lbc sa rosario la union ang padala ko sa ate ko eh tuesday nagpadala ako, tapos pag track ko dito ready for delivery na. Ano ba yan nag alala na ate ko kung saan na ang item. Paki check lang po talaga
Company will not deliver a box door to door as promised/contracted. The box arrived in the Philippines on November 1st and has been sitting in the Caloocan warehouse for 15 days. Nobody bothered to give my sister a call of when the box will be delivered until I called to find out the problem. I was told the recipient's area was critical. Mind you they didn't inform me that when they picked up the box. I called customer care several time to get status until we decided to just deliver the box at LBC Lagro branch. The customer service girl I was talking to asked me which Lagro branch? I ask her to pick one for me since I'm not familiar in the area and I am calling from US. She kept asking me which Lagro branch? So I asked her how many branches are there in Lagro? She answered 1. How stupid is that? Urggggg...
That's not the end, when the box was delivered to Lagro branch, LBC didn't even call my sister to inform her the box is ready for pick up. My sister called herself to find out. Then when she got there to pick up the box, the guys at the delivery warehouse won't even load the box to the vehicle my sister hired to pick up the box. LBC YOU SUCK!!!! POND SCUM!!!
Not to mentioned the dumbest customer service in the planet.

1 day delivery my ass! 3 days na d padin dumadating documents ko. Importante mkarating agad kaya pina lbc wala palang kwenta. Trinack ko online nakalagay hindi mahanap address dto doroteo. Anak ng tokwa LBC, dami nang transaction ng delivery dto ikaw lang nagsabi nyan. May internet na para madali mahanap ang address. Isa pa andun contact no ko wala man lang kayo tawag o text. Kupal pala kayo eh. Kelangan ko iyang documents deliver nyo na mga kupal
