My RR755638193NP has not yet been delivered it is 12 days. Even the destination country is not shown? Any explanation?

It was my first time using internal courier service in Nepal and I am fully satisfied with their service and i recommend using it. The good was delivered to chitwan from ktm within 2 days (FYI I used priority service).
