Complaint Hi incredibly unhappy dissatisfied and depressed with this delivery. very expensive without providing a reliable standard quality service. I paid for the global priority delivery which was very expensive to meant to be delivered by Christmas. I posted my parcel on 13th Dec and today is the 15th/January 22 still has not been delivered. I rang the last week and they said"IT IS NORMAL" there was apologies no empathy whatsoever just confirming how terrible their services are. The worst is they contacted the addressee and asked her to pay another payment of £30 on the top of £56 I paid to get my parcel delivered within 6-8 days! The addressee went to the local Post Office after she paid for that additional ridiculous fee and guess what? there was no parcel to be collected!!!! the parcel was including Christmas gifts to cheer my poorly mother up after being discharged from hospital. They ruined the joy of Christmas and put my heart in tears! More than a month no Parcel just almost £90 charge for this ridiculous horrible they call it SERVICE provided to us it has to be called disappointing shocking unprofessional company!

Hi, Very unhappy with Parcel force delivery. First Time, on The tracking parcel app message was "can't find The adress". The road îs large with over 50 houses,

AVOID AT ALL COST was waiting for a server blade to be delivered, checked tracking which showed the driver was just down the road so was keeping a close eye on the security cam when all of a sudden I get this "We attempted to deliver your parcel on Friday 29th October 2021 at 9:42 but no one was available. Your parcel will either have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next" This is a fantastic lie and just show's how much PF really cares Video footage of this will be posted on youtube Update - I have now been told that the delivery driver has made a mistake on the postcode "what a load of BS" and they want to charge me for a Saturday delivery the nerve of them I really hope this review does damage to you PF
