Package arrived at local carrier facility according to tracking, and never left.

Ordered an item from Wish and the expected delivery date is a literal month from order. That's okay because I know it's coming from China and it isn't anything I need but the tracking for PB is atrocious. It shows package arrived in Georgia and sat there for 2 days. Then it shows departing at 4:05am on Friday and now 3 business days later no updates. I live 3 hours from Atlanta, how in the heck has it not even updated yet when someone from PB could have walked from Atlanta to deliver it by now?

My package made it to customs says its past customs and then has not moved since we've gone to purgatory

I orders multiple items from AliExpress for my small business on July 1st it is now August 19 usually when AliExpress ships something it takes 2 weeks at the most but since they combined 8 orders from different shops in one package they are using Pitney Bowes to ship it and I’ve been doing research since I’m very concerned since I have a business to run and had to push restock back someone said companies use Pitney Bowes to ship because it’s cheaper than using Fedex & USPS for the whole shipping trip ., Everything was moving smooth until my package arrived in sparks nv . My package has been sitting somewhere idk if it’s in a truck or a locker at a facility but it’s been there for a month now . It’s been sitting there since July 11th saying “departed shipping partner, USPS awaiting item” . another thing that is odd to me , my tracking says that my package went from LA to Bloomington to Nevada back to Bloomington then back to Nevada again where it’s now been sitting for a month . That’s weird because I live 1 hr from Bloomington and 5 hrs from Nevada idk what’s going on , why did my package go back and forth like that ? , that means my package passed my house 2 times while “in transit” . I never had a package sit at “departing shipping partner facility “ for a whole month .

I ordered fuel pump for Ford Explorer they said it delivered last August 11 at my place but I did not get it Where it is , they making a loop holes blah blah blah Amazon used this company to deliver parcel but they are not reliable .. hilarious

My experience with Pitney Bowes delivery has been excellent. I have had 2 parcels delivered within the last month and both arrived on time and in excellent condition.

Fakes forever and they don’t update

I am happy with the service I got it earlier than expected. One was 5 days and one for days early.

I had 2 packages delivered with this company around November.. even came a couple days earlier than expected. (still took like almost 3 weeks) My latest order was a phone case I ordered on November 29th. Today is January 5th lol.. still have no received it or heard anything.. it may be the holidays but this is unacceptable

Helped me figure out what problems i had to get my product to my house my product was put on hold cause of dangerous goods and it took three three weeks to get it but Pitney was with me the whole step of the way

It actually came on time just like the tracking said, the problem is the tracking number seems to stop on the same area, but the package was already in the pick uo point but we just have no idea because their was no message. For example, the tracking number says waiting for pick up, but the place was miles away from my home. Oslo, norway was what the tracking number say...but all the while my package was already in my pick up area. Which is confusing. Able to pick up after 10 days. But was sitting in my postal area the whole time.

Apparently the phone help is one remote lady who could use a little patience - like the rest of us, though. Sorry! Didn\'t see the new carrier information on the website. Was asking for help with package refusal and she could only say that Pitney Bowes is not the delivery carrier and to check the website. Didn\'t realize information would be posted there after the fact. My bad! 4/5 because it\'s clearly effective - just needs a little bolstering on the phone help for better understanding.

Amazon shipped 08/08; PB 7 reports, incl. customs docs & border crossing including reported item delivered today 0817 which told me to go to the door and retrieve it; first time with PB; more than impressed!

The delivery was tracked and delivered before the estimated delivery date. A bit more expensive but you are fully protected, more so as a seller on eBay.
