RL Carriers Bijhouden

Ordered 2 Oyster Steamers from Texas. RL Carrier contacted me letting me know when shipment was to arrive and that I would be contacted 30 minutes prior to delivery. RL did as promised and driver Michael Lee was very polite and experienced with offloading of items. I would rate them as a 10 if I good. Great experience all around and I would request their service in the future.

I was very concerned because of the bad reviews, but I took a chance. I was told my freight would be delivered 12:00pm. The driver missed it by 10 minutes! No complaints from me.

I had a great experience with R+L yesterday. I was expecting a delivery and had to leave before its arrival. I contacted R+L and filled out a release for the driver to leave the product without a signature. My driver, Jason Peck called me while in route and we discussed him leaving the product. When I got home, not only was my delivery there but Jason had gone out of his way to move the delivery to a secure spot in my driveway to protect the delivery. This was well over 1,000 lbs and he had to maneuver it around obstacles to get it in a place that was hidden. He went about above and beyond for me. Great Job
