Got lost. I started their tracing process and eventually about 10 days late it turned up, smashed. So I put in a claim. Well obviously, if something is broken it must not have been packed well enough so the claim is denied. It couldn't be their abusive handling, could it? There is nothing good about dealing with Sendle. Not their performance, not their communication. Avoid at all costs.

2 Parcels have vanished

On 2 seperate occasions have had my parcels disappear and with no explanation where they might be. Luckily the company that sent them has resent them with a different company

Sendle provides the cheapest shipping fee and it is very suitable for small businesses. It's shipping fee was calculated by per package.

Sendle was once a great company, and I was happy to spend $200+ per week, granting them the majority of my business. Six months ago, the service and quality started slipping. Then I started noticing "adjustment charges" on my invoices. What this means, is that the courier decides to charge more and says that parcel is overweight or oversize, which wasn't true. I let it go the first couple of times, but it because consistent so I started fighting it. All you get is automated responses. I have now lodged a complaint with the ombudsman. If you want to be ripped off, this is the company for you.

Didnt bother to pick up the parcel after four days of constant reminders to them. Unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid them.

i PURCHASED an ITEM on EBAY and SENDER USED SENDLE AND THAT IS WHERE PROBLEM STARTED they use a courier service called COURIERS PLEASE then in my case need a 3rd party to deliver item know item can\'t be found of lost or stolen WHAT A DISCRACE FROM ONE STATE TO THE OTHER FOR A CHEAPER RATE OF POSTAGE THE POST WOULD HAVE MORE EFFICIENTS WITH AUST POST AND COST WAS THE SAME

CREMATION DELAYED THANKS TO COURIER

O M G Due for cremation with my dead sister we sent a jumper to the funeral parlour. Now, this funeral parlour is one of four units in a large space of land and it is at the end and it is HUGE and yuo can't miss it. Address was on the package but not the unit number. You can see the thing from miles away on the road and it definitely DID NOT NEED the unit number, and BTW, there were SIGNS EVERYWHERE for the funeral parlour. Did he leave the parcel for them? No. Couldn't be bloody bothered and said "no unit number on package". Did the guy even read that it was to the funeral parlour? COULD HAVE RUNG ME. COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING. BLOODY DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING LAZY COURIER.

Parcel never picked up

I have 2 parcels never picked up, I have dropped off the second one to the BP Wiley Park which is their drop in partner after waiting for 2 days. And then the parcel sits in the petrol station for another two days without collection. I am extremely not happy it damages my business. I just hoping to find an alternative now.

SENDLE SHOULD BE UP FOR FRAUD I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL OPERATING CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND DEPT OF FAIR TRADING SHOULD BE NOTIFIED STOP RIPPING US OFF WHERES MY PACKAGE I EVEN TOOK OUT INSURANCE WITH THEM .THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT YOU .THE CEO OF SENDLE JAMES MOODY'S NET WORTH BETWEEN 1-5 MILLION (I WONDER WHY)
