I placed an order on 2 same items to a customer from Amazon, Swiship delivers it. 16 days passed, 1 is delivered, another one was stuck in Richmond. Amazon told me the parcel is lost, and I can't get reimbursement CUZ it is an order from amazon! I paid 5.95$ for this order, what a rubbish company( both Swiship and Amazon)

My new cell phone has been delayed in transit for a month and counting.

We ordered rapid in home covid tests from the state. Nothing was delivered at the time they claim. No way to contact anyone. Unfortunately this is who the state uses for these.

Aye aye aye... Honest to f*ck I should've listened to everyone here. I ordered an aerobook pro 13.3 inch laptop to be delivered to the UK. The tracking number through "Swiship UK" says it was delivered. Sorry what!? Who was on the delivery route that day? Chris Angel or Copperfield? I work from home so no I can assure you it hasn't been delivered. Then they expect me to chase down this bs Swiship company to find out (which I think is also bs that me the consumer has to go on a wild goose chase). I tried to find contact details for them but it looks like a twelve year old made the website on ms dos in granny's basement it's got nothing on it not even a menu bar to click on. Anyway to anyone who has ordered and living in the UK I advise you to file a complaint with consumer protection and it is not my mission to leave this same review on as many websites as I can and deter as much business as possible from this company as I can. Hopefully us as consumers will see a day when these shady scumbags don't d*ck us around. BEWARE OF CHUWI FOR YOUR OWN SAKE (and your wallet).

I order some stuff for my son’s first day of first grade after he had been stuck inside for a year and a half away from his friends. I needed it BEFORE so I made sure to only order “same day” or “one day shipping” only. It’s now 3 days late with no news on where my stuff is or when it’s actually going to be here. I wanted to cancel the order so I’d get a refund and just go buy the stuff myself….NOPE! Amazon tells me I just have to wait to get my $120 back. Who knows how long this ordeal is going to take. I just wish they would be upfront about what actually happened and tell the people when it’s actually going to be there. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if they just told me a driver forgot to scan it or something…shit happened, JUST LET US KNOW!!!

Says delivered but it has not been delivered. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Wrote a bad review earlier. Entitled "where is package" well... found it in the back of a truck in yard. " A safe spot " Had to come in and rectify review. The delivery service did deliver & did NOT lie.

I wanted to know how far my package was and it told me the exact place it was at!
