For the second time, Amazon used Pitney Bowes Sprint Star to deliver an order to me at my condo. No attempt was made to use the buzzer to enter the building but the driver must have been allowed to enter by someone else. He left an "attempted delivery" notice on our mailbox which is in the foyer....just couldn't be bothered to take the elevator to the 5th floor where I live. I am handicapped and always home. The notice advised me where I could pick up my package.......miles from where I live. This has happened twice in the last few months. I will never place an order on Amazon that uses Landmark as their delivery service. I have lodged a complaint with Amazon for the second time.
