Pathetic service, items lost, no commitment
Very very pathetic service, since 16 days they are holding my stuff. They have taken my 6 parcel/items on 6th August from Bangalore to reach Agra. Sometimes they are saying out of 6 items 2 items are in Hyderabad, 1 item in Guwahati Assam and 3 in Gurgaon . Sometimes they are asking for photos to search for the items they have misplaced. Please never ever take their service, they don't have any tracking system. No commitment.
