Never deliver as they say

I always get an SMS message saying out for delivery today I wait and wait they never show up ,same thing the next day,I'm fed up with Aramax delivery, not happy at all.

hey i got the same issue as you! they said my parcel exceeded SGD400 so i have to pay GST and was informed the amount arranged the delivery with me on Friday (Cash on delivery for GST). i waited for entire friday, nobody came. I called the hotline, the person told me my parcel is still clearing clearance. He said \"I\'m looking at my screen ma\'am, it says its clearing for custom\". I was angry because I\'m obviously know how to track the parcel. but i was alr informed that a delivery is coming. Tracking status stated that my parcel has reached singapore since 12 September.... and today is 18 September. Still same status. How long did you receive your parcel eventually?
