FEDEX UK are completely uncontactable. Nobody answers their phone number and no one replies to their emails, even when it is a response to an email they sent. Customer communication is atrocious.. God knows how there customers ever manage to send parcels with them.. I am about to review couriers with a view to making a change for our business, FEDEX certainly won't be on the invite list..
