My experience has been that the tracking information is never updated on their website, the website is down frequently, and there can be 5-7 days without updates. I have never received delivery notifications from them even with e-mail and text notifications selected. They claim they have attempted to deliver, but I have been home every day (thanks COVID!) and have received no contact from them. My parcels have been returned to sender.
If you are unlucky enough to have parcels shipped by APC, ask your vendor for tracking updates. APC does seem to respond to corporate clients who contact directly by phone.
