Mine was original degree certificate from Nepal to bhutan (close) and it is been 2 months and no updates from the company. I don't know who to ask now. They are not responding to my calls also. They must have lost my documents and now I can't process for my visa . Hopless and disappointed! Never choose this company better pay more and go for DHL and FedEx.

I don’t know why Shein is using Aramex but it’s taking forever! Shein used to use DHL, why did they change to Aramex?? It’s so slow!! Ordered my stuff around March 19th, shipped March 20th and now is 7th April and still no news!!

The worst courier company I have ever come across. I parcel from India was sent weeks ago. Still not delivered to my address in Saudi Arabia. Even though I supplied them my location and all what they asked for, their tracking site is showing customer not available. They are absolutely not serious about business. Simply cheating customers

The status states that my parcel is out with the courier and that it will be delivered today which is a Saturday and the time that's specified for delivery in my region is passed, I've been waiting all day with one eye on the mailbox and the other on the front gate but I guess their not coming today after all. But why say that it's arriving today on the weekend when it seems they had no intention of delivering it today, not to mention that it's nearly 2 weeks late, and all up it has taken 3 weeks to be anywhere near my location. It was only coming from Melbourne Australia with its destination to Tasmania which is a 2-hour flight or 6 hours by ship. Not sure what they were doing for the other 19 days. I'll be going to depot Monday I guess no point holding my breath in anticipation any longer. If you want something done.. do it yourself. rant over.

Not sure if there could be a worse courier company. After parcel was two weeks late for delivery I noticed the tracking showed delivery was coming on a Saturday. I was home all day waiting for it but then tracking updated to show that nobody was home, a card was left, and it was being returned to their warehouse for collection (almost 100km round trip away). I was gobsmacked so went out and checked for the card... no card. I checked my CCTV, no courier attended my house. I called them up first thing Monday morning, they apologised and said it would be re-delivered (but really the first delivery) within 3 working days. On Thursday I re-called asking where it was. They had no record that I had ever phoned them or that they were going to redeliver it. They promised a priority delivery for me. I called again Friday afternoon and got the exact same response. On Monday I checked the tracking which showed "No response to calling card left". I had only responded three times already but apparently that mustn't have been enough. I called them up and was told the exact same thing "we will make it a priority but can't give a time frame". If I had missed the parcel then I could understand some of the delay but the fact that they either went to the wrong house, or more likely not even attempted to deliver it to save time, it seems pretty poor they can't rectify the issue, or keep any records of my calls EVEN BETTER, YOU CAN'T LEAVE A 1 STAR REVIEW ON HERE!!! USELESS

I scheduled for my urgent delivery twice and I still not received my urgent bank pack, they gave me options for timing and they didn't follow any specific timing, and if I call only robot will answer and tell me you will receive it today and still nothing... horrible experience and also the website when you choose the location for delivery is very annoying and not user friendly at all. I got enough seriously!

Worst Delivery ever. such a crap company. nobody was answering on phone cal to track the order. shipment arrive @ dubai 3 days back and still they are asking for the delivery location which i have given many time. worst company. worst. dont use this again

WORST service, I booked a shipping from Ajman to AUH, the collection person called me only once but that call was missed, i have already give all details like flat number , floor, building name all, then why he was calling to ask the address again, when i called him back and asked the reason , he informed that he passed the location and he can come after 5-6 hrs. when i called again, dropped the phone on my face, every time I have a worst experience with there service. Also charges are very high . aramax - ajman to AUH - 40 aed firstflight - 30 aed only. Firstflight courrier never given any bad experience

I sent 1 priority documents from Malaysia to Pakistan, receiving time they said will arrive at the destination within 3 - 5 days, now already more than 2 weeks, and no update.. where are my documents. That was urgent, that's why I paid more and ask for priority, If I know their services earlier, I should send them by FedEx or DHL, I really regret to use these services, and not going to use them ever in my life again.

We live rural. All other Courier company's never have a problem serving our community. The Port Macquarie depot performed outstanding arrogant and abusive As we questioned waiting 30km away from or home on a highway waiting for a courier and offering different solutions we were hung up on and the parcel got send back to Melbourne. A complaint isn't replied to yet. If there is a company I never like to have to deal with again it is Aramex.

My order was supposed to be delivered on Dec 26th 2021 as per the tracking update shown in their website . On my placing support executive assistance after much delay I receive a call from their customer call center executive giving all sort of excuses and confirmed it will be delivered by Dec 27th 2021 morning sharp 9.15 am . Now almost touching 2 pm on Dec 27th and update still showing it will be delivered between 9 am - 14 pm I haven't received any call or parcel . Even their website is not working , no response for whatsapp messages and neither getting update calling their . Worst courier service I have ever come across . Pathetic . Considering the standards of UAE this is a below average performing company with no time line performance .

AGAIN I NED MY ATM TO BE DELIVER TODAY MY DETAILS UPDATED HOW THE CUSTOEMR SERVICE CAN CALL ME IN MY NUMBER BUT THE DELIVERY PERSON CANT REACHED ME ?!!! These guys are cheaper than AusPost so you get what you pay for. Cheap staff means they wont care its simple economics. Complaining in these boards isn't going to change them but you can give negative feedback to the reseller that uses this courier service. The reseller cares about reputation so they will stop using these guys, Simple, job done. I've been unfortunate enough to have online resellers use this company and 1 they don't have an (they told me via email when I enquired) and 2 they take over 3~4 weeks to deliver same state, I would only assume they stockpile deliveries for an area and when they have enough they deliver so if you live remotely or regionally, expect anything from 4 to 10 weeks with this mob.
