As of 9/2/17, my order was finally shipped. It is now 9/9/17, and it is still sitting in the same location since 9/4/17. When a person pays for "expedited" delivery service, they usually expect to receive their package within the time frame that the delivery service advertised. But that's not happening. Why?
I live in sweden, My browser chose to switch country to Swaziland which is next to Sweden in the scrolling list, but very far in geography. :-)
The package seems to have been sent to Switzerland. How can I update the address and have it sent to me in Sweden?
Keep getting sent email of items being shipped but only one or none turn up & it takes a very long time, no one to contact in Australia to ask questions just a long waiting game.
Still waiting for 4 items out of 8 ordered a month ago.
I cannot accept that such a small package that was ordered on the same day as my J7 Prime Samsung phone would take such a long time. I have already received my phone all the way from USA and it took only two weeks.
I'm really pissed off.
