Driver name “Damian” is extremely unprofessional, rude and unfit for the job. He was acting as a time ticking bomb. Worst ever experience I ever had with any delivery person. People like him sabotage the efforts put in by the company to build reputation. I will definitely not order anything from the company using DPD services.
I received an email from DPD at 5.30 am advising that they had delivered my parcel that day. At 5.30 in the morning who are they kidding! Tried to track it but kept receiving message saying something had gone wrong. Sent an email to DPD but no reply after 3 days. Tracked again. This time information was that my parcel had been delivered and received by ‘disposed of’ whatever that means. Nothing in their information to advise what this means. Still no luck contacting them. Will just keep trying. Absolutely useless delivery service. I can forgive mistakes but cannot forgive just being ignored by DPD when you try to contact them.
I was initially given a date to receive my parcel on a day that I was working so I had no choice but to upgrade my delivery. On the day that I was to receive my package it was then redirected to a later date "due to an expected error" with no hope of getting it even when I offered to collect it at the depot
Received a message on Friday 1pm saying they missed me so won't be able to deliver until Monday. I was home waiting. No doorbells, no rings from reception to my flat. The front gate and door to our building are always, ALWAYS open. This driver clearly didn't even try to go through the two front doors of the building and left. I have paid for next day delivery too, so it should make sense they try to deliver on Saturday, but they said Monday. what a load of bullshit
Anyone with a criminal record can easily get a drivers job here . They seem to be able to open any parcel that interests them and keep it by claiming they delivered it when they have not . Some people report threats that drivers will come to your house after work to "sort you out" if they want . I'm not sure how they could get any worse .
DPD reversed a 7.5t truck into my car, stopped, manoeuvred off and left without leaving their details or reporting to the police.
DPD has been presented with all the evidence I located via my own legwork, including clear CCTV footage of their vehicle hitting my car.
They do not seem interested in assisting me with this and are frankly obstructing me from have the information to make a claim on my insurance.
This company are absolutely useless they deliver it to the wrong address every time and when you try and ring them to tell them they have the wrong address they will not let you talk to anyone this company needs some proper management And a way to talk to the drivers or dispatch
Please do not use this company!! They continue to use COVID as an excuse 5 months later instead of notifying their customers before paying for shipment that their packages take two weeks to arrive. They’ve put me in a terrible position and had my package in their possession for a week before it even left the country.
This is the second time that they have not delivered when they say. The excuse this time was that they could not find my house that's utter rubbish it has a huge number 60 on it. If you want excuses and not deliveries this is the firm for you

Morrison’s have no record of his and confirmed address was correct. No response from dpd. Disgraceful they prey on the vulnerable at a time like this
Don't EVER use them. They are criminals!! Drivers sign on behalf of receivers even though they haven't handed it to the correct address and just leave parcels outside for everyone to just take it. And then DPD hides behind their generic terms and conditions to not pay a penny for their incompetence.
Told me driver would deliver to my house around 2pm
Waited in all afternoon but never arrived
Rang them at 4.30pm on 01212750500 and eventually spoke to a human who told me it wouldn't be delivered and package returned to their depot
They then told sender that I had requested delivery the following day
Utterly untrue and dishonest
I can't stop sender using this courier but I certainly won't be using them for me or my businessess
Unfortunately John Lewis uses them for deliveries but if I had a choice I wouldn't use them. I have sent countless emails, none have had proper responses. I suggest JL cut the business relationship with the as its going to cost them a lot of customers.
