I been tracking my parcel since 16/11/2021 and as of today 03/01/22 its moved 3 places in china which are 7 hours apart!! About to make a claim with my bank as can't see the item getting to the UK ever!! Shocking is not the word

10月13号显示航空公司已经启运，至今没有更新，这是我的第二次在这家快递公司消失的包裹了，第一次是具有时效性的文件，也都寄没了

总共6个包裹，7月14号已交深圳市承运商运输 截止到10月14号还是已交深圳市承运商运输 3个月了，一点没更新，真是牛大发了

2月了发的货还在国内

I see a lot of people posting their bad experiences with this shipping company. But, for me it was a great service, my package got delivered within 16 days, which was earlier than expected, and I got to keep tracking of my package. Overall I had a good experience

Took 14 days for a package to come from China to Canada. That\'s good and very reasonable considering I\'ve waited 2 weeks for packages just from the USA. First time using this service and I have absolutely no reservations using ePacket again.

People have to recognize epacket for what it is. Cheap but slow. I feel like a lot of people set high expectations. My orders normally take 2.5weeks to 1 month if shipped promptly from a reliable vendor. There has been lots of delays and issues with cornavirus pandemic right now. All logistics companies are starting to struggle but people need to choose a different shipping method if they can not wait at least 1 month for the item.

I have been using ePacket since 2 years ago, because I am dropshipper, and It is reliable and cheap. I am from USA, I love my USPS carrier and ePacket works fine guys. I order between 2000 items monthly, 95\% are delivered on time. Of course, you have to check the tracking, returns or alerts. I recommend you ePacket if you are sending items from China.

Put in the tracking number and timeline came right up, no problem.
