Package Delivery

We were at home and listening to receive and sign for our Package. The delivery person said that we were not at home.. Try harder to see if someone is at the delivery location. It will save your businesses time and us.

Redelivered on time!

Thank you FedEx. Rural customer, signed the post-it & had my package the next day. Just wish you didn't need a signature so my packages could be left the 1st time, no neighbors in sight to swipe packages.

Crappy company and customer service

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered the dogs beds over three weeks ago and have been asking for status updates and haven’t received anything until today but, yet I’m still unable to track the order. I would give no stars but it’s not an option

Pathetic communications

Communications are absolutely pathetic. I ordered an item from PITAKA which is made in China. The first notice from FED X was that it would be delivered within four or five days. That came and went. As it turns out it's still in Dubai we're has been for four days now essentially doing nothing. The company that did the shipping is inapt and uncommunicative. Worst service. My parcel is not delivered. But tracking shows as delivered. When tried to reach them. They said they handed over to local vendor and they can't help further. They said SORRY. This company is FAKE.

Poorly managed communication

Frustrating! Tracking info has lacked true transparency, changed, and now officially non-existent. We have no clue when OR IF our package will arrive. Pathetic given today’s technology.

igot my my froggys fog halloween fog. and froggys fog cleaner. and froggys fog hat. in time for halloween. sorry for you guys that did not get your package. ihope you all get it fix with your package.

Unprofessional

When someone pays for express shipping, it's expected to be in their mailbox within the time they paid for. You used to be better than this.

Bad company

It’s been 2 weeks and still can’t even track my package. Said I would receive it in 3-5 days not weeks or not at all. I will never order from this company again

Ordered on August 23

Four days after placing my order and obviously my money came out of my account immediately, I was finally sent a tracking number and in this amount of time my item is still in the state of California somehow, hoping and praying I may be able to place it on my bike by next riding season ,

I have a tracking number. But it doesn’t say where’s My Package . Come on FedEx , You GUYS GOT TO MAKE IT BETTER !! Need more information..
