I had a package to kreturn to the sender with a FED EX return lobel. Idid niot hve to wait five minutes foor serv9ice!! Danielle appeared and greetrdd me aszkking how3 she could help me. Offered receipt. This girl has a lot of potential. 5 gold stars!!

I don’t blame the deliverer but the shipper for not being up front on how long for delivery

I see where a lot of people have had bad experiences, but I must admit that my daughters Christmas present delivery could not have been smoother. I was very concerned as I viewed it not moving in Dubai for 6 days, but then it started to move and the updates were regular until it landed at my door step in rural Ireland yesterday afternoon. many thanks for getting the right parcel on time
