It cannot be named postal service!

Zero responsibility for your packages. Israel post system doesn't seem to work at all. It is impossible to find your item if it is stuck somewhere in Israel...It seems that in the current situation it's better to close any postal communication in the country rather than mock people!

Do not ship to Israel with USPS - shipments disappear.

Shipped multiple packages vis USPS from the USA in Dec/Jan 2021 and none of them are arriving in Israel, nor are they being returned to the USA. I would strongly recommend not shipping with any service that hands off to Israel Post.

You will never get your package and have no way to track it. Horrible and embarrassing.

?? Shipped to the wrong continent ??

My package was supposed to be sent to the United States, but is now roaming around Europe. Would have been quicker to toss it in the Atlantic as it might have had a chance of at least reaching the correct side of the ocean.

Stuck in post

It take too long from the post to addressee. The parcel has food items which is declared and its been in tlv since 12 Jan. You sent a message on the 18 Jan and it is still there.. No excuse... Today is 24jan

Slow, slow, slow

Sending to Israel from Europe is a real catastrophy. Mails are already in Israel but are only storaged and scanned for the first time one month later. So they do not appear in Israel Post tracking and when you ask... we do not have it ! ja - ja

Worst international shipping experiance ever!

Small package shipped November 10 per registered mail form Israel to the Netherlands. Now 68 days later still no package. No way of tracking on the Israel post site, It just says shipped to the Netherlands. I say, avoid if you can and use an carrier like UPS, Fed Ex or DHL.

Decent service with lacks in tracking

International tracking, as the title suggests, is lacking. Only EMS and Eco Post Items can be tracked in the destination country. Standard registered mail will only show the following three updates: 1. Received for Mailing and was forwarded for Processing 2. In the Process of being sent to the Country of Destination 3. Sent to [Country] 3 replaced 2 when the event occurs. After that, registered airmail parcels even during the Covid Pandemic never took longer than 7 days to arrive in Germany, be treated by customs and arrive in my mailbox. Only once was something supposedly "damaged" - It came in a huge plastic bag by the Israel Post apologizing for damages to the parcel, however, only the outside was a bit crushes. Since the seller used bubble wrap and a cardboard mailer, the CD was entirely fine. In case your countries post website does not allow you to track the item after you received the "Received in [Country]" status: go to .com and enter the Israel Post tracking number there. It might (at least for Germany) give you a "(Local) Reference Number" allowing you to keep tracking the parcel in your country. Hope I could be of help. Please remember, no one here has any affiliation to any postal service in the world. Your comments asking where your parcel is will lead to no results, especially if you don't provide the tracking number. If you provide it, there's a chance that people like me get bored, take a look at it and leave you a comment. Happy Holidays, everyone!

terrible service

they lost my item

How not to provide a service? You are here !

The post service is useless because it does not care for us. There is no concern or commitment to provide track and trace. The many telephone numbers on their website are not operational and even 171 nobody picks up to answer. But this is as good as it gets.

there are too many haters

I have my share of discontent from the Israeli Post but their international service is pretty solid compare to Countries like Germany and the Netherlands. I order quit a lot on the web and the shipment from these countries takes forever to get to Israel. On the other hand when I send packages to these countries they arrive in a week time, while I have to wait t least for a month! I think a fair amount of the reviews have a base for complaining but are lack objectivity. The Israeli post have huge room to improve but putting it beside, the shipment from Israel to Europe is rather fast compare to shipment shipped from Europe to Israel. P.S. I was sent a package from Australia and it took more than 40 days to arrive and the worst part was that although it was with tracking number, there was no tracking data available.

Unbelievable - This is Not Correct at all - GERMANY BELGIUM THE NETHERLANDS have the best shipping service. You must check the ISRAEL POST , why packages is delivered in Israel within 10 days . but for more then 2-3 weeks is just sitting there in Post Shipping Warehouse Distribution in Israel. If You have find this answer, then The Mandolorians can say to You : T H I S I S T H E W A Y :-D

The German Post is an ugly mess. 42 Days to the USA for a simple letter. By Airmail. PostNL has a bad reputation, since it\'s used by smugglers and sellers all over to avoid customs. You go on talking about Israel Post\'s domestic services, while bystander\'s review was for the international service which is better than I expect from a country like Israel. Information I\'d like to have from Bystander: What services did you use to ship from and to Europe? If you ship over there with EMS, \'course it\'s gonna be fast and if you ship back with just standard DHL of course it\'s gonna be slow. Need information and similar services to do an accurate comparison.

Package shipping from Deutschland and Nederland for exsample to Australia in pandamic time, is a whopping 7-8 days. I have sent 2 weeks ago with Track proof. Shipping within european countries takes only 3 days in some case 5 days with Track service. But small and large package shipping to Israel takes a very long time, while packages is already weeks in Israel. Proof? Start an investigation complain at Post in European Countries and they show proof that is already arrived in Israel. If You talk about ¨ smugglers ¨ find ways in Postservices, then You are realy avoiding all complains here from all people in Israel about the bad service in Your Country. That is not negative at al, but can show more Improvement for better service in the neir future. So people, just do Complain, the more the better, that service can be better.
