International tracking, as the title suggests, is lacking. Only EMS and Eco Post Items can be tracked in the destination country. Standard registered mail will only show the following three updates:
1. Received for Mailing and was forwarded for Processing
2. In the Process of being sent to the Country of Destination
3. Sent to [Country]
3 replaced 2 when the event occurs. After that, registered airmail parcels even during the Covid Pandemic never took longer than 7 days to arrive in Germany, be treated by customs and arrive in my mailbox.
Only once was something supposedly "damaged" - It came in a huge plastic bag by the Israel Post apologizing for damages to the parcel, however, only the outside was a bit crushes. Since the seller used bubble wrap and a cardboard mailer, the CD was entirely fine.
In case your countries post website does not allow you to track the item after you received the "Received in [Country]" status: go to .com and enter the Israel Post tracking number there. It might (at least for Germany) give you a "(Local) Reference Number" allowing you to keep tracking the parcel in your country.
Hope I could be of help. Please remember, no one here has any affiliation to any postal service in the world. Your comments asking where your parcel is will lead to no results, especially if you don't provide the tracking number. If you provide it, there's a chance that people like me get bored, take a look at it and leave you a comment. Happy Holidays, everyone!
